Meter size, customer class, and usage are in the water row of the Account Details table. GWP bills are usually for about 60 days. This tool estimates a monthly water charge, so convert usage as shown in step 3. Pump zone is not listed on the bill; use the map farther down.

   Rate → customer class and meter size

   On this sample, WSF625 means Single Family and a 5/8-inch meter. The letters after W are the class (SF = Single Family). Match the number on your rate code to the meter size in the dropdown: 625 = 5/8-inch, 75 = 3/4-inch, 1.5 = 1 1/2-inch.

   Days → billing period

   This sample is 60 days (about two months). The calculator is monthly. If Days is about 60, divide usage by 2. If Days is about 30, enter usage as printed.

   Usage (HCF)

   This sample shows 60.51 HCF for 60 days, so enter about 30.26 as monthly usage (60.51 ÷ 2). 1 HCF = 748 gallons. Do not enter the Water Adjustment Charge, drought charge, taxes, electric, rubbish, or sewer into this tool.
